 I am sam Aroan r am residing in the above address. Right now l am pursuing B.Tech in chennai. I remember that my grandfather who was when young lad was my grand working as a sanitary supervisor has meted out untouchability against Dalit community. Slaw how my parents suffer due to caste oppression' Similar manner Dalit students in Government schools are abused verbally, denied equal rights with in school premises. My aim is to; sensitize these Dalit students and education them on their fundamental right to raise their social status. And the all caste based atrocities should come to an end is my ambition.

 I will prepare a report on the issues affecting children with regard to caste based discrimination, social exclusion with statistics and the same will be briefed in a meeting for Head Master, School Education department officials. Especially to emphasis on fundamental right i.e. Right to Equality as mentioned in the Constitution of India. In the village leaders meeting, stress the concept of Equality. Also among the civil society members, government officials, students. Inculcate the thinking that all are equal.
 Introduce government welfare schemes to parents of Dalit children. Access to educational assistance, economically self sufficient, also facilitate for educational rights. To arrest the practice of untouchability form groups among public and students and represent to officials.
• l.Request panchayat officials to make resolution on implementation of ban on untouchability , the same will be mailed to relevant state officials.
Conduct evening tuition centre.
Demand equal wages for all to the respective officials.
Make Dalit community people as village leaders, educate them on the effects of social exclusion and act to prevent them.

• II. Bring all the school children in a same platform by sensitising and educating the school children. Assign responsibility to Dalit children in school functions and make them class leaders.
Through the help of teachers make all the children seated next to each other.
Conduct various competition ensure Dalit children participate and prove their mettle.
Identify dropout children and bring them to school.
Start community library for children make all the children to sit together.
Conduct knowledge and skill development competitions for Dalit children
Sensitize and educate on child rights.

• lll. use posters, banners, hand bills, play cards, stickers, brochures advertisement on the wall establish right to education for all. All are equal before law. Do social action through slogan against the discrimination
