About State of Youth @ INCHEON
Greener is Cleaner leads by example to empower youths to take action for the environment and thus their futures. The main Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in focus are 11, 12, 13, and 17, but we promote and advocate for attaining all 17 SDGs through various projects. Our key objectives are raising awareness of environmental issues, making environmental education more accessible and fun, welcoming new people to the advocacy movement, and creating a stronger bond among environmental advocates around the world.
One thing that makes us stand out is that we not only raise awareness of environmental issues but also mobilize local youths to take action and advocate for their rights to a clean and green environment. Our methods of action include hosting online, hybrid, and offline conferences, operating "Green Spirit Weeks" dedicated to environmental action, campaigning, conducting clean-ups and plantings, creating media content (podcast, website blogs, Instagram posts, Youtube videos, and infographics), and speaking at events.
