Ridhuraj's project: Color your soul

Ridhuraj believes that peer pressure is always present in the lives of youth - for boys through the fear of rejection and and for girls through the fear of not being accepted. She has started a Mental Health club out of schools promote mental health and help children express themselves through art. She believes this is a great way to release and let go since art cannot be deciphered. In the Club, they share their experiences and thoughts as victims of bullying and peer pressure. She also organises workshops to teach, train and discover ways to help others which will keep the chain going. She aims to elevate their psychological health and find their voice to become the generation of change and leaders.
