Defining and Refining of Potentials

Nkia Esther conducted a successful action developer project on hygiene. In her current Fund Catcher project, she is paying attention to another problem in her community; children in her community do not realize their potential, which makes them undervalue education. To solve this, she will raise awareness and set up a club, named 'Potentials Drill', where she will give seminars, workshops and organize activities like quiz competitions, debates, spellings etc. for children. This must bring children to the realization of their potential, which will mitigate problems such as unemployment, irresponsibility, cultism, pregnancy, and abortion in long term. A wonderful project, which will help her community both in the short- and long term!
