Ending child marriage in rural Tanzania

Michael is a young changemaker from Tanzania who wants to work towards ending child marriage by awareness raising. He wants to empower girls with information and education about their sexual and reproductive health and rights so that they can advocate for themselves. He intends to raise awareness among children especially girls about their rights through regular workshops in the school clubs that he established in his action developer project. Through advocacy, he hopes to eventually engage with local leaders or other stakeholders, to mitigate the problem of child marriage.
