Joyce want to raise awareness around the necessity keeping hygiene measures for the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. She wants to sensitize the slum community on the danger of the novel coronavirus and also debunk some of the norms the community has about the virus. The goal is to try to curb the spread of the virus in Makaburini slum in Kakamega Kenya by activating the youth in the community.
