Jasmine's project: Mental Health Healing For Kids

Jasmine's plan focuses on mental health for youth. She conducts workshops to introduce children to meditation techniques like mindful consciousness which will allow them to get rid of negative thoughts and at the same time get in positive thoughts whenever they are haunted by the mental depression from their previous traumatizing childhood experiences. The aims is to teach children techniques that help them to ease and control their experience of anxiety. At the end of this project she believes that these children can use self-soothing techniques to calm their minds if faced with difficult social situations in the future .
